to access their units on the first floor of the
building. To ensure that the process is done safely and

cleared by the Building Official due to the continuing
unsafe status. We
will keep you posted if and when more are cleared for
entry.

A maximum of four people may
enter a unit at a time.
Vehicles necessary to retrieve large items
(including trucks and u-hauls) may be taken to the
property. Parking
instructions will be available on the day of your
scheduled visit. Please
bring identification and a copy of your lease if you are
a tenant. Thank

NOTICE TO SECOND FLOOR PHASE II ACCESS UNIT OWNERS
(UNITS 214-236)
The first-floor Phase II units (112-135) are now ready
for access pursuant to the schedule posted on
newworldcondoreceivership.com website. All of the
second-floor units in the Phase II area (214-236), other
than unit 237, are however filled with debris and/or
have hanging debris, and the Building Official will not
allow access to any of those units. Ninety percent of
such units contain nothing salvageable. Also, the
second-floor railings have been removed in a number of
places due to the debris removal process making the site
even more dangerous.
We will
take a few photos of each unit and provide them to unit
owners by individual email correspondence.
Having said that, if you are a
unit owner of one of the no access units (214-236) and
you feel that you must have access to your personal
property, the Building Official may allow Demolition
Gods (the licensed and insured contractor that did the
debris removal) to remove all of the items and debris
from any given unit and place it into a moving truck to
be taken off site. The estimate for such a service is a
full day with four workers at a cost of approximately
$8500. If anyone would like to explore that option, we
can ask them to please contact us, and we will put them
in touch with Demolition Gods and the Building Official.
Again, we are very sorry for the
loss of your property, and we are doing everything
reasonably possible to help the most people we can.
